DPD, Hanover-Lehrte

Construction of a logistics centre in Hanover for the freight forwarder Hellmann and the German parcel service DPD. The complex comprises a transshipment facility for the freight forwarder, a cutting-edge sorting facility for DPD, administration offices, a workshop, a petrol station and a wash hall. The narrow deadline for completion could not be pushed back. Because of contractual obligations, both companies had to move from Laatzen to Lehrte according to a very strict deadline.
