We will gladly help you develop and implement your visionary ideas that require more than standard solutions.

At Coppenrath & Wiese, Atter, for example

»Refrigerated packaging!«

The technologically advanced packaging takes place in the building itself under refrigerated conditions with maximum efficiency. This creates exceptional demands on structural physics, service plants, ergonomic workplace design, healthy working conditions, hygiene and environmental protection.

The technologically advanced packaging takes place in the building itself under refrigerated conditions with maximum efficiency. This creates exceptional demands on structural physics, service plants, ergonomic workplace design, healthy working conditions, hygiene and environmental protection.

The prototype of the packaging system was developed in cooperation with the client, logistics specialists and the construction firm as a single system development. It allows for the manual sorting of refrigerated goods with automatic assistance as well as for workplaces at comfortable temperatures.

At Mölk Pressegrosso, for example

“Floating administration!”

The challenge consisted of the conversion, extension and construction of administration offices directly above a sorting hall without interfering with the ongoing business. All media publications had to be delivered daily as usual so the high-tech sorting facility could not halt operations. The new administration building therefore had to be constructed as a 25-metre-wide floating complex above the sorting hall. Only with this innovative design could this extension be made at the existing location. Relocating outside of the city centre would have created difficulties for many employees.

At the Toyota/Lexus dealership in Osnabrück, for example

“Nobody was to be inconvenienced by the construction of the extension!”

In order to continue daily operations, access to all buildings and to the workshop had to remain open to all clients and employees. In close cooperation with the operations managing, we organised construction in multiple phases. Our solution was to protect clients and employees as well as new cars from construction noise and dust using special dust protection walls. A major advantage was that construction time could be kept surprisingly short thanks to strict project management and exact planning.

At the Büsch/Edeka Rhein-Ruhr bakery, for example

“From a difficult starting point to fully automatic picking in a traditional bakery!”

Once again, we “did the impossible”. The first step was purchasing a building site. As opposed to the “classical V-form”, deliveries and storage had to be positioned on a narrow plot of land while production, consignment and loading received more space on wider plots. As a result, night-time noise, which previously affected local residents, could be directed towards the unoccupied side of the property in line with the German Technical Directive on Noise Pollution Control.

The next challenge was the client’s previously unfulfillable wish of automating consignment. In cooperation with leading partners from our network, we developed conditions for creative and totally innovative solutions that stayed within the scheduled budget.
